ITALY - IN THE WAKE OF ULYSSES - JULY, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER

Following in the wake of Ulysses, Oniros embarks on her own odyssey in « Magna Graecia »

In Pericles’ time, Magna Graecia was the name the Greeks gave to the southern part of Italy. Cruising in the Tyrrhenian Sea, choose either the Route of the Volcanos among the Aeolian Islands or the Bay of Capri and Pontine Islands, a favourite haunt of Roman emperors and aristocracy.

Welcome aboard!

From Naples airport, step aboard Oniros in one of the ports of the Campania region’s capital, or on the island of Procida. Alternatively, your Aeolian Island cruise begins at Capo d’Orlando, reached from either Catania or Palermo airports.

Take your time on our “10-day super package"

Our “super package” comes with a 20% discount, so you really get value for money and even greater enjoyment from your trip. Mornings are made for you to do just what you like…

…a hike or a stroll, swimming or visiting a noteworthy site. Around midday, we set off for your new destination; according to where that is, we can often drop anchor in a sheltered inlet for some snorkelling and swimming en route... When we reach our evening’s destination towards the end of the afternoon, there’ll be time to take a look around before dining on the local cuisine.
